Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is David and I have been obsessed with health, healthy living, exercise, medicine, supplements, and just having a better brain, body, and soul for later half of my life. I can’t say I have read EVERYTHING out there (because there are millions and millions of them), but I have read A LOT.

I have taken a TON of courses, read HUNDREDS of books, and have watched hundreds of hours of videos, interviews and seminars on the subject of “health.”

Now, I wasn’t always healthy. I was probably a lot like the average unhealthy person in America today. I was constantly on the “fast food diet.”

I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted.

This type of lifestyle eventually led to a string of physical problems and even worse, led to depression.

I got cold sweats at night ALL OVER MY BODY (seriously, head to toe) when I was sleeping, even without a blanket. I was angry and pissed ALL the time. I was constantly sad and blamed the world for my sadness. I drank almost everyday and smoked nearly two packs a day. I had diarrhea all the time, and lived in a state of hangovers. I WAS A TOTAL MESS.

Then, I somehow stumbled onto healthy living. And more specifically, how to have a healthy mind. And I confess that it has completely changed my life.

Now, I am the HAPPIEST person I know. I am excited to wake up every morning and to go exercise. I love reading and helping others (part of the reason for this blog). And I wish to share some of the knowledge I have gathered within these years to you, my readers.
